Here is the information from the last 2 months' Executive Meetings. (My apologies for being so late in posting information from February!)

• March 28 from 10-1 is our Spring Clean-Up Day. Bring everyone, even for a little while, and help us clean up and straighten out this valuable family center. I just took a trip to DC and stood in awe of the monuments we have to great people and accomplishments in our past; help us show the same pride for our honorable Tolman family!
• April 18 from 12-2 is our Semi-Annual Meeting. We have a special guest: Robert Reese, the recorder for the new Draper Temple. At very least, come at 1 for his enlightening talk; come early at 12 for extra information and training on research and also internet tools.
• The Mabey family organization has asked if we would archive their materials since their organization has lost much of its activity. We have agreed to let them use some of our space.
• We have added about 500 more names to our database since last October.
• People have put in almost 300 hours of work in the last 2 months. Amazing.
• We have 118 paid members for the year 2009. Thank you all!
